Measurement before delivery

Every engagement starts by defining what success means and ends by testing against it. You get a number, not a demo.

Software where it has to be right

Critical logic uses explicit rules and tests. I use AI where the input genuinely requires interpretation, not where the answer simply has to be correct. Every build includes the code, tests around critical logic, logging for failures, operating documentation, and a handoff your team can run without me.

Built to keep running

Systems are handed over documented and operable by your team. The goal is not to make you dependent on me.

Turnbow Analytics is just me. My background is in operations research, data engineering, and applied AI. I scope the work, build it, test it, and hand it over myself.

How engagements start

Availability is limited and intentionally so. Every engagement begins with a paid diagnostic — $950, credited in full against any engagement that follows. It is a structured assessment of your systems, a written analysis, and a call to determine whether a project makes sense.
