What it is

A look at your data and the decisions it should support.
Done in the tools you already use, like your spreadsheets, CRM, scheduling or accounting software.
A written summary in plain language, plus a walkthrough call.

What it isn’t

A software pitch. I don’t resell subscriptions.
A replacement for your staff. The goal is to give your people time back.
Access to client or patient records. For clinics, I look at scheduling and operations data only.

FAQ

Do I need clean data first?: No. Messy data is the usual starting point, and sorting it out is part of the Review.
Will I have to switch software?: My working rule is to build on what you already use, set up in your accounts where possible.
Can we meet in person?: Yes, around Harker Heights, Killeen and Salado. I work remotely with the rest of Central Texas.
Do you work with clinics?: Yes, on scheduling and operations data only. I don't ask for patient records.
