Data Readiness Review
Find out which numbers in your business you can trust, and what to fix first.
The Data Readiness Review is a short, fixed-price look at the data you already have and the decisions it should be helping you make. You walk away with a plan you can use whether or not you hire me for anything after.
What the Review is, and isn't
What you get
- 01Data inventory. Where your information lives today, who touches it, and how it moves between systems.
- 02The 3 numbers that matter most. The figures that should drive your weekly decisions, and whether you can pull them today.
- 03Quality issues, ranked by impact. Duplicates, gaps and manual handoffs, ordered by what they cost you in time or missed revenue.
- 04First build recommendation. One build from the menu below, with its starting price, so you know the next step and what it costs.
- 0530-day plan. What to do in the next month, including the pieces you can handle yourself.
How it works
- 01Fit call (20 minutes, free). We talk through your business and I tell you honestly if the Review is worth it for you.
- 02Review. You share read access to the tools involved. I do the digging.
- 03Walkthrough. We go through the findings together and you keep the written summary.

FAQ
- Do I need clean data first?
- No. Messy data is the usual starting point, and sorting it out is part of the Review.
- Will I have to switch software?
- My working rule is to build on what you already use, set up in your accounts where possible.
- Where are you based?
- Harker Heights. I'm glad to meet in person around Harker Heights, Killeen and Salado, and I work remotely with the rest of Central Texas.
- Can I start smaller?
- Try the free 5-Minute Front Door Check. Results show on screen, no email required.
