Engagement

How to engage

I take a small number of projects. This page explains what I work on, how projects are scoped, and what it costs.

What I work on

You bought AI tools and cannot tell if they worked

You are paying for a handful of AI products and have no evidence that any of them changed a number that matters. I define what each tool was meant to improve, instrument it, and give you a measured before-and-after so you can keep what earns its place and drop what doesn't.

Your team does the same task hundreds of times a month

Someone copies data between systems, rebuilds the same report, or handles the same request hundreds of times a month. I build software that does the repeatable part reliably and uses AI only for the judgment calls, so the work runs without a person minding it.

Your systems disagree about basic facts

Your CRM, your billing system, and your spreadsheets each give a different answer to how many customers you have. I trace where the numbers split, decide which source is authoritative, and build the reconciliation so the systems agree and stay that way.

Your CRM has become a graveyard

It is full of stale records, half-filled fields, and deals nobody has touched in months, so no one trusts what it says. I clean and restructure the data, automate the updates that were supposed to be manual, and leave you a system your team will actually keep current.

Customers keep asking the same questions

A large share of your support volume is the same handful of questions your team answers by hand every day. I build a system that answers the repeatable ones accurately from your own documentation and routes the genuinely new ones to a person, tested against real tickets before it goes live.

How it works

  1. 01

    Diagnostic

A structured assessment of your systems and goals, a written analysis, and a call. Priced at a flat [diagnostic fee — TODO], credited in full against any engagement that follows.

  2. 02

    Scope

If a project makes sense, I write a fixed scope with defined deliverables and a fixed price. No hourly billing.

  3. 03

    Build and hand over

Delivered with documentation and a measured result against criteria we agreed before starting.

What this is not

  • Not staff augmentation.
  • Not retainers or ongoing management.
  • Not hourly consulting.
  • Not available for work with defense contractors or organizations with business before the U.S. government.

Availability

Capacity is limited to a small number of engagements each year, and response times are measured in days rather than hours. That is a deliberate constraint, not an apology — it is what keeps every project fully attended to and every result worth standing behind.
